Shipping Policy

This policy explains how this Canadian T3 store prepares and dispatches styling-tool orders.

Order preparation

After payment authorization succeeds, an order is normally prepared within 1–2 business days. This preparation period is separate from carrier travel.

Transit and charges

Once a parcel leaves the store, estimated transit is 4–6 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays are excluded, and no exact arrival date is guaranteed. Available delivery services and charges appear in CAD during checkout.

Address and tracking

Please verify the complete destination before placing an order. Tracking is shared when the carrier makes it available.

Shipment concerns

For damage, delay, a missing parcel, or a delivery scan that does not match receipt, email tunejun987@gmail.com with the order number and tracking details.
